Yes, we can supply samples. The lead time for samples is 7-10 days, and buyer pays for sample cost and shipping cost.

Yes, the warranty is 3 years. If any quality problems occur on our side during this period, we can send a new one as replacement.

We need the following details: 1. Size of the battery pack in mm. 2. Capacity of the Battery pack. 3. Voltage of the battery pack. 4. Max discharge current. 5. Cable and connector types you need. 6. Casing and Terminals if required. 7. Any protection circuits you may need.
Are your batteries real capacity?
All of our battery cells are Grade A, 100% new and have real capacity.
What kind of certificates do you have?

What is your lead time for the mass production?
Generally, about 25-30 days depending on different items after getting down payment and confirmation about the samples.
